Job summary

Dorset Council is seeking reliable invigilators to join our casual exam invigilation teams at The Gryphon School and King Arthur's School in Wincanton.

You will help examinations run smoothly and fairly, provide a calm environment for students, and support access arrangements where needed. A comprehensive induction will be given.

This UK-based role offers £13.05 per hour and flexible, supportive working patterns. Please indicate preferred school in your application.

Responsibilities

• Ensure examinations run smoothly and in accordance with regulations
• Create a calm and positive examination environment for students
• Assist students with exam access arrangements (reader or scribe if needed)
• Work flexibly across The Gryphon School and King Arthur's School, Wincanton
• Attend induction and any safeguarding training as required
• Support the exams team and colleagues to maintain fair processes
