Job summary

Cadbury College is seeking reliable and professional Exams Invigilators to support the smooth delivery of examinations across the College. This role requires integrity, organisation under pressure, and strict adherence to JCQ regulations.

Full training will be provided. Responsibilities include supervising sessions, admitting and seating candidates, maintaining examination security, completing attendance registers, and returning papers to the Exams Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in an educational or administrative environment.
• Level 3 qualification or above.
• GCSE English and Maths (A*-C / 4–9).
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
• Flexible availability to support exam schedules.
• Previous invigilating exams experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise examinations in line with JCQ regulations.
• Ensure the security of examination papers and materials before, during, and after exams.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure correct seating and documentation.
• Admit, identify, and seat candidates.
• Distribute and collect examination papers and scripts; supervise candidates to minimise disruption.
• Respond appropriately to queries, incidents, or irregularities.
• Accurately complete attendance registers and reports.
• Return exam materials securely to the Exams Office.

We’re looking to recruit reliable and professional Exams Invigilators to support the smooth delivery of examinations across the College. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive under pressure, stay highly organised, and are committed to upholding the integrity and security of exams in line with JCQ regulations. As an Exams Invigilator, you’ll supervise sessions to ensure they run fairly and smoothly, guaranteeing every candidate has a positive experience while maintaining strict confidentiality and exam security. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
