Job summary

Oasis Academy Wintringham is seeking reliable Exam Invigilators to supervise examinations, prepare the room and materials, and support a calm, orderly environment for students. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

Flexible hours during busy exam periods, with opportunities to contribute to safeguarding and student success. You will work under the Examinations Officer and help ensure exams run smoothly and securely.

• Supervise students during examinations, ensuring compliance with rules.

• Respond to student queries professionally and report incidents promptly.
• Support the Examinations Officer to keep exams running smoothly.

We are looking for people with strong character who can assist with the preparation and delivery of our examinations, helping to create the calm, supportive environment our students need to succeed.

Job Summary

• Supervise students during examinations, ensuring compliance with established rules and regulations.
• Prepare the examination room and distribute/collect exam materials securely.
• Educate students on procedures and provide reassurance where needed.
• Monitor the exam environment, ensuring JCQ and Academy regulations are observed.
• Respond professionally to student queries and report incidents promptly.
• Support the Examinations Officer and comply with reasonable requests to keep exams running smoothly.
