Job summary

Oasis Academy Wintringham is seeking Exam Invigilators to supervise examinations and ensure a calm, supportive environment for students. You will help prepare the room, distribute and collect materials securely, and answer student questions while upholding regulations.

We value calm, trustworthy individuals who can work flexibly, including during May–July exam periods and other assessment times. Full training is provided, no prior experience required, and you will join a dedicated team committed

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during examinations and ensure rules are followed.
• Prepare examination room and securely distribute/collect materials.
• Educate students on procedures and provide reassurance when needed.
• Monitor exam environment and ensure JCQ and academy regulations are observed.
• Respond professionally to student queries and report incidents promptly.
• Support the Examinations Officer and assist with smooth exam operation.

Job Summary

• Supervise students during examinations, ensuring compliance with established rules and regulations.
• Prepare the examination room and distribute/collect exam materials securely.
• Educate students on procedures and provide reassurance where needed.
• Monitor the exam environment, ensuring JCQ and Academy regulations are observed.
• Respond professionally to student queries and report incidents promptly.
• Support the Examinations Officer and comply with reasonable requests to keep exams running smoothly.
