Job summary

Ellesmere Park High School in Greater Manchester is seeking an Exam Invigilator to support fair, calm examinations and uphold regulations, helping students perform at their best.

Working with our Examinations Officer, you’ll prepare rooms, welcome and supervise students, distribute papers and ensure a focused environment. Training is provided, and safeguarding is a priority within our Consilium Academies trust.

Job description

As an Exam Invigilator, you will help to ensure examinations are conducted fairly, calmly and in line with the required regulations, creating an environment where our students can perform at their best.

About the role

Working alongside our Examinations Officer, you will help with the smooth running of examinations, including preparing the examination room, welcoming and supervising students, distributing examination papers and maintaining a calm and focused environment throughout each exam.

You will need to be attentive, approachable and able to follow instructions and examination procedures carefully. Previous experience is not essential, as training will be provided, but experience of working with young people or in a school environment would be beneficial.
