• Qualified solicitor, barrister, or attorney admitted in England & Wales; 5–8+ years in private wealth, asset management, or financial services law.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on legal and regulatory issues for the non-U.S. retail business.
• Advise on FCA rules, AIFMD, MiFID II, GDPR, and MAS.
• Collaborate with U.S. legal and business teams to implement regulatory updates.
• Ensure policies and controls remain current and compliant across jurisdictions.
• Review contracts, RFPs and marketing materials; develop monitoring processes to manage risk.
