Hilton Belfast is seeking a Casual Conference and Banqueting Associate for flexible engagement through Axiom Hospitality. You will help set up event spaces, assist with food and beverage service, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at conferences, meetings and banquets.

• Set up and break down event spaces to client specifications.
• Assist with food and beverage service during conferences and banquets.
• Ensure tables and service areas are well-presented throughout events.
• Provide attentive, friendly service and respond to guest needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth event flow.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards in handling food & beverage.
