Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is seeking a proactive Events Services Manager to lead our events team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will oversee daily event operations, supervise staff, and ensure top service standards across all function spaces.

Applicants should have hospitality/event management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and be eligible to work in the UK. A 40-hour week on a shift rota is required, with opportunities for development within our award-winning property.

Qualifications

• Experience in events or hospitality management.
• Strong guest relations and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
• All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Takes a hands-on approach to the daily operation of events and ensures high supervision and visibility.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, efficiently and diplomatically, escalating as needed.
• Ensure you use Knowcross to report defaults and follow up with the relevant department.
• Ensure Personal Training Records (PTRs), PDPs and SOPs are kept up to date for team members.
