Job summary

Lucy Walker Recruitment Limited is seeking an Events Sales Executive to build relationships with corporate clients, sell tickets to awards and conferences, and drive growth for a fast-growing events and communications business in Leeds.

The role is hybrid, requiring a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet KPIs. A competitive commission structure is provided, with opportunities for progression within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in events or sales is beneficial but not essential.
• Retail, hospitality, events or any customer-focused experience.
• A team player with a motivated, confident, and professional approach.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop in a consultative sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Research and source new client prospects.
• Provide a consultative approach and discuss benefits of entering awards.
• Sell tickets to events and conferences.
• Work towards KPIs and targets and maintain CRM data.
• Ensure sales administration is completed.
