? What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and inspire the restaurant team during busy service, delivering exceptional hospitality every time.

Plan and manage events from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, working with guests to bring their vision to life.

Handle day-to-day admin duties – from rotas and bookings to budgets and reports – keeping everything ticking behind the curtain.

Be the face of the venue for both guests and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and standout experiences.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service, menu planning, and special occasion offerings.

Train and support your team, nurturing talent and maintaining high standards across all areas.

? A Performance That Pays:

Up to £13 per hour (approx. £2,500 very 4 weeks or £32,500/year)

Total Package Potential: £39,000 per year
