Job summary

Independent Cocktail Bar South London is hiring a Booking and Events Manager to lead reservations and events at a thriving, independent venue in South London. The role offers the chance to grow with an expanding business as it opens a second venue next year.

You’ll manage enquiries, proactively drive sales, and build strong client relationships while collaborating with Marketing and Front of House teams to ensure flawless events from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues is essential.
• Confident communicating with clients.
• Organised and commercially minded.
• Looking for a role with progression as the business expands.

Responsibilities

• Managing reservations, bookings and event enquiries.
• Handling client emails and calls.
• Proactively generating corporate sales and new business.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conducting client show rounds.
• Managing negotiations and contracts.
• Taking care of booking administration.
• Working closely with the Marketing and Front of House teams.
• Overseeing bookings from initial enquiry through to the event.
• Being present on the floor and supporting events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
