Job summary

Soho House Farmhouse is seeking a Production Manager for Country events. You will support the Head of Member Events, Country with administrative duties to drive the execution of cultural and community driven membership events, coordinating diaries, function sheets, travel, suppliers, copy and assets.

A successful candidate is highly organized, detail oriented and a strong communicator with a passion for events, vendor management and delivering exceptional member experiences across venues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a busy, high-profile venue or agency.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Outlook and Excel; familiarity with Adaco, Opera and Triple Seat is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event communication and materials; manage calendars, suppliers, and hosting arrangements.
• Handle invoices, POs, travel and accommodation bookings; manage event inbox.
• Advance member events from planning to execution; liaison with talent, agents, and partners.
• Create and share detailed function sheets; present updates in weekly on-site meetings.
• Collaborate across departments to align the event calendar and roles.
• Write copy and manage assets for app listings and posters; respond to inquiries.
