We are currently seeking an experienced and capable Events Producer and Operations Manager to join our London-based team. This role will take full ownership of operational planning and execution across our portfolio, ensuring each event runs smoothly, meets commercial and strategic objectives and delivers an exceptional experience for attendees and stakeholders.

A central part of the role is attendee sourcing and management. You will be responsible for ensuring the right people are in the room, aligned with each event's goals and client expectations. This is not a secondary task, but a core part of your remit.

Role Responsibilities

Event Operations and Delivery

  • Manage the full event lifecycle, from initial planning through to live delivery and post-event reporting
  • Take responsibility for logistics, including scheduling, supplier coordination, delegate registration, signage and run-of-day execution
  • Work in close collaboration with programme producers, client leads and commercial colleagues to ensure aligned delivery
  • Oversee budgets and timelines with a high level of precision and accountability

Attendee Sourcing and Experience

  • Lead all aspects of attendee acquisition, including strategy, outreach, confirmation and communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a professional and responsive experience from invitation to follow-up
  • Deliver attendance against agreed targets, providing regular updates and risk mitigation as needed

Venue and Vendor Management

  • Source, assess, contract and manage venues across the UK
  • Lead supplier relationships, ensuring clear expectations, service level agreements and quality control across production, catering, AV and logistics
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with attention to cost, compliance and value

Project and Team Coordination

  • Maintain detailed documentation and tracking tools to manage timelines, actions and reporting
  • Run planning meetings and status updates with internal teams and partners
  • Provide structured post-event evaluation and improvement recommendations

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who brings the following:

  • A minimum of two to five years’ experience in professional events operations, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in healthcare events
  • Demonstrable success in attendee sourcing and delivery, with an understanding of targeted delegate engagement
  • Significant experience managing venues, suppliers and contracts, with a focus on operational excellence
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence managing internal stakeholders and external partners
  • A practical, resourceful approach and a willingness to own challenges and deliver solutions independently
