Job summary

English National Ballet in London is seeking an Events Manager to lead the organisation's events strategy across artistic, fundraising and commercial goals. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering ENB's event programme and external venue hire with exceptional client service.

You will manage budgets, risk, and stakeholder partnerships to ensure high-quality, compliant events that advance ENB's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience planning professional events for supporters and attendees.
• Ability to manage client journeys from enquiry to delivery and post-event follow-up.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of financial processes including budgeting, invoicing and purchasing.
• Excellent communication to engage a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and delivery of ENB's annual events programme, including fundraising events and openings.
• Support the Head of Commercial Hires & Events on major projects and high-profile events.
• Oversee delivery of commercial hire events with strong client experience and high standards.
• Ensure events are delivered safely with risk assessments and health and safety compliance.
• Build relationships with suppliers, contractors and event partners for quality and value.
• Develop, monitor and report on event budgets, forecasts and reconciliations.
