Job summary

Enable Leisure and Culture is seeking an experienced Events Operations and Venues Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple venues in London, including Battersea Park.

You will manage teams, coordinate on-site delivery, ensure safety standards, and drive proactive problem solving during live events. This role offers a full-time permanent contract with flexible hours and DBS Basic clearance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in venue or events operations management.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple venues and teams across live events.
• DBS Basic clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue operations and facilities management across events spaces.
• Provide on-site leadership during live events and ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding and rota coordination.
• Maintain Health & Safety compliance and conduct routine audits.
• Oversee procurement and budgeting related to events.
