Job summary

UK Atomic Energy Authority in Culham seeks an Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of internal and external events, aligning them with strategic goals and brand standards.   • Experience managing multiple event activities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Evaluate event performance and use feedback and market insight to improve future activity.
  • Assess potential strategic partnerships that could strengthen event marketing and delivery.

About the job

As Events Manager, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of high-quality internal and external events that support UKAEA’s strategic goals. You’ll shape the organisation’s long-term events strategy, oversee delivery across a wide range of national and international events, and help ensure every event reflects UKAEA’s brand and professional standards.

What You’ll be Doing

UKAEA is an onsite organisation, and this role requires regular onsite presence (usually between 3-5 days in any given week) in line with business needs. We actively support flexible working arrangements where this is compatible with the role.
