The Girls' Day School Trust (GDST) is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee Friday and Saturday lettings, productions and events at Northampton High School. You will deliver a professional front-of-house service to hirers, visitors and staff, ensuring safety and smooth operation of events and productions.

You’ll work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and manage setup/close-down tasks while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and occasional late finishes.
• Experience with events, hospitality, performing arts, facilities or similar environments.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Duty Manager for Friday and Saturday lettings, productions and events.
• Provide front-of-house service to hirers, visitors, audiences and staff.
• Ensure safe, efficient and professional operation of events on the day.
• Provide operational support for School productions and events as required.
