Job summary

N0BS Members Club is a flexible, education‑led community for founders, with in‑person London events and remote work by default. The role oversees the events programme, hosting, content creation, and partner/venue relations, with growth potential in partnerships over time.

You’ll work across formats, manage logistics, and capture content for social media while supporting the founder and Community Manager during maternity leave. Flexible/full-time options are considered.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering events with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort hosting a room and engaging with diverse groups of founders.
• Ability to capture, edit and publish content from live events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run roughly five events a month across formats.
• Own logistics: scheduling, venue coordination, communications, run of show.
• Work with existing venue relationships and manage day-to-day relations.
• Be physically present at every event and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
• Host events in person and coordinate content later for social channels.
