Searchable, a startup marketing platform near London Bridge, is hiring a Senior Events/Field Marketing role. You will own the global events calendar, shape our presence at conferences and niche events, and drive relationships with marketing, SEO teams and agencies.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead and CEO within Marketing and Growth, you’ll design and execute executive-focused events, manage budgets, sponsor selections, and partner with sales to convert conversations into pipeline.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in events or field marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of events that produced pipeline and revenue you can point to.
• Experience running conference sponsorships and high-touch executive events across more than one market.
• Strong organisation and commercial judgement, with budget management and vendor negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Own the events calendar globally, from flagship conferences to niche SEO/marketing events.
• Own our quarterly key event and 100 key customer targets in person for thought leadership and networking.
• Design and run our own regular events: dinners, roundtables, breakfast briefings, workshops, meetups; manage venue, guest list, follow-up.
• Own and deliver sponsorships, decide which events to attend, sponsor, and exhibit at.
• Partner with sales on field and account-based plays, build target account lists, book meetings, ensure leads go to the right AE.
• Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, booth design, swag, and on-site staffing.
• Track pipeline influence and ROI for each event, and write playbooks to repeat success.
