Job summary

Enable is seeking an experienced Events & Customer Experience Duty Manager to lead front-of-house operations across venues, delivering exceptional customer experiences and smooth event delivery. You will coordinate teams, resolve issues and ensure consistently high service levels.

The role reports to the Facilities & Operations Manager, is based in Wandsworth, and offers a permanent full-time contract, 40 hours per week with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer-facing operational environment.
• Experience supervising, leading or supporting a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and event days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across all touchpoints.
• Lead front-of-house teams and ensure staff understand roles and responsibilities.
• Take operational responsibility for smooth delivery of events and activities during shifts.
• Monitor customer flow and overall experience; respond to issues quickly.
• Produce End of Day Reports with insights and improvement actions.
• Ensure venues are prepared and reinstated to high standards after events.
