Job summary

Enable is seeking an experienced Events Operations and Venues Manager to lead the day-to-day operational management of multiple venues and outdoor event sites. You will ensure safe, compliant, well-presented spaces and play a hands-on role during live events.

The role requires strong organisation, proactive problem-solving and the ability to manage casual staff, contractors and budgets within a fast-paced team environment. Based at Battersea Park, a flexible 40-hour week is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing venues and events operations.
• Proven line management and team leadership.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and practice.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of Events-run venues.
• Ensure venues are compliant, safe and well-presented.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with central operations.
• Manage venue contractors and oversee repairs in event spaces.
• Lead on health and safety across Events and Venues operations.
• Manage budgets and monitor expenditure for events and venues.
