Royal Garden Hotel Limited is seeking a Conference and Events Floor Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of conference and banqueting events, coordinating with Events, Kitchen, Bar and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery from setup to breakdown.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and a hands-on approach to manage the events floor, while maintaining Health & Safety compliance and driving revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing conference, banqueting, or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership to develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of conference and banqueting events.
• Coordinate with Events, Kitchen, Bar, and Operations teams for seamless delivery.
• Coach and develop the conference and banqueting team.
• Ensure function rooms are set up to specifications and standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor staffing and allocate resources to meet demand.
• Maintain high presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance in the department.
• Support stock control, equipment maintenance, and ordering.
• Drive revenue through upselling and client relationships.
