About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Events Executive to join our dynamic team in Wimbledon. This is an exciting opportunity for an events professional to take ownership of projects while gaining experience across a diverse portfolio of events and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver events in line with agreed project schedules and deadlines.
- Liaise with venues, contractors, suppliers, and exhibitors to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Create and update floor plans in line with sales activity and technical requirements.
- Manage event budgets and monitor expenditure effectively.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including show guides, staffing, supplier management, and exhibitor communications.
- Support publishing and marketing activities where required.
- Maintain and update exhibitor information manuals using the Ffair platform.
- Manage outsourced services, including temporary staff, security personnel, and traffic marshals.
- Ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver successful events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience delivering events, exhibitions, or similar projects.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing contractors onsite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, positive, and hands-on attitude.
- A degree is desirable but not essential.

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous, although training will be provided:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- CRM systems

- Ffair Exhibitor Platform
