Blue Legal are partnering with a leading independent consultancy firm who are recruiting for an Events Executive to join their London office on a part-time bases (3-4 days per week). The role involves supporting the events manager to deliver a varied events programme, with involvement through the whole lifecycle of an event (venue finding, invites, etc). The ideal candidate will be a team player who wants to contribute ideas as well as help others achieve their planned goals, and have a proactive approach coupled with the ability to use initiative.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage event logistics and coordinate event setup and breakdown.
  • Keep project teams and internal stakeholders updated on event progress.
  • Communicate with delegates and handle queries via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Prepare event materials (badges, handouts, pop-up stands) and assist at events.
  • Collaborate with the Events Manager on flagship events and eventually manage smaller events and corporate hospitality.
  • Support event reporting, administration, and work with external suppliers and internal specialists.

The Candidate:

  • Previous event experience and a keen interest in learning all aspects of event delivery, open to candidates with 1-3 years+ experience.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Team player who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
