Job summary

Confidential is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Assistant to support campaigns, client events, CRM updates and content across websites and social platforms.

You will work with the Business Development and Marketing team to strengthen client relationships, raise brand awareness and help generate new business opportunities, with learning opportunities in events, digital marketing and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business development and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist with planning and coordination of client events, seminars, conferences and networking activities.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, producing reports and analysis on client and referral activity.
• Conduct market, competitor, client and AI-assisted research to support opportunities.
• Create and manage content across websites, social media platforms and internal channels.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of newsletters, invitations, presentations and materials.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media and website updates.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on marketing activity.
• Provide administrative support to the BD and Marketing team, including invoices and diary management.
• Support the wider team with ad hoc projects as required.
