Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking an enthusiastic sales-focused professional to join Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort just outside Glasgow. You will drive bookings and events, maximise room and catering revenue, and act as the face of the property to prospective clients.

With a focus on hospitality sales, KPI achievement, and proactive client engagement, you will collaborate with teams to deliver memorable experiences while meeting commercial targets in a dynamic leisure and events

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales-related role, ideally within hospitality.
• KPI and target-driven.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximise bedroom, meetings and events revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries.
• Proactively promoting the hotel while meeting client expectations.

What will I do?

This is a pivotal role as you’ll be the first impression a customer will have! You’ll maximise bedroom, meetings and events revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries as well as proactively promoting the hotel whilst meeting client expectations.

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4*, 148-bedroom property.
