SRG Strategy is a boutique strategy and investment group working with ambitious business owners and entrepreneurs. We're building a standout community of founders through our events - and we’re looking for someone to own it.

What you’ll do:

You’ll lead the planning, promotion and delivery of SRG Strategy’s events calendar - from high-impact webinars and podcast recordings, to curated CEO lunches, dinners and private roundtables. These events are designed to attract, engage and build lasting relationships with our target audience: founders, CEOs and business owners in the UK’s lower mid-market.

Your job will be to make every touchpoint seamless, valuable and on-brand.

This part-time role is perfect for someone looking to dedicate 1-2 days per week working with growth-minded individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a range of in-person and online events (webinars, CEO roundtables, podcast recordings, lunches, dinners, etc.)
  • Coordinate venue sourcing, logistics and supplier management - from booking to negotiation
  • Build and manage guest lists of high-quality attendees (CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive attendance and engagement
  • Personally handle outreach to key prospects, partners and VIP attendees to promote events and secure attendance
  • Ensure smooth on-the-day execution, and handle post-event follow-up where needed
  • Track performance and optimise future events based on insights and feedback
  • Assist with the growth of SRG’s founder community and event-led business development strategy

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience organising professional events (business/entrepreneurial audience preferred)
  • Strong project management skills - able to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
  • A natural communicator who’s confident reaching out to senior stakeholders and guests
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-moving, founder-led business
  • Bonus: Experience working in an entrepreneur support organisation, accelerator, or founder-focused brand
