Holiday Inn Peterborough is seeking Conference and Events Assistants to join the team delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be hands-on setting up meeting spaces from small meetings to large events.

Responsibilities include preparing meeting spaces, setting up AV systems, and managing the conference café. You will also serve banquets for up to 180 guests, and provide warm, personable hospitality.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality professional with a passion for guest service.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work hands-on in dynamic event environments.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and set up meeting spaces for events from 6 to 400 guests.
• Set up and operate audio-visual systems for events.
• Manage the conference café during events.
• Serve banquets for up to 180 guests.
• Provide warm, personable guest service and support.
