Crowne Plaza Plymouth is seeking Conference and Events Assistants to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll set up meeting spaces from intimate meetings to large events, operate AV systems, and manage our conference café.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to set up meeting spaces for events ranging from small to large.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of AV systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting spaces and ensure layouts meet client requirements.
• Set up and operate AV equipment for events.
• Manage the conference café and assist with banquet service up to 180 guests.
• Provide high levels of guest service and problem-solving during events.
