Job summary

Holiday Inn Peterborough is seeking Conference and Events Assistants to join the team delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be hands-on setting up meeting spaces from small meetings to large events.

Responsibilities include preparing meeting spaces, setting up AV systems, and managing the conference café. You will also serve banquets for up to 180 guests, and provide warm, personable hospitality.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality professional with a passion for guest service.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work hands-on in dynamic event environments.

We are looking for Conference and Events Assistants to join the team delivering to our guests an exceptional experience. You will be hands on setting up meeting spaces from a meeting for 6 through to an event for 400.

We're in search of individuals who are dedicated to provide outstanding customer service with a warm and personable touch.

Joining our team means taking on essential responsibilities, such as preparing meeting and event spaces, setting up audio-visual systems, and managing our conference café.

You'll also have the opportunity to use your hospitality skills by serving banquets for up to 180 guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
