The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking a proactive Banquet Bar Food & Beverage Assistant to ensure seamless bar and banquet service for conferences, weddings, and events. You will support event execution, delivering high-quality hospitality and guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience in food & beverage, banquet, or bar roles.
• Strong customer service and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service is desirable.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and prepare banquet spaces and bars for events.
• Provide high level food and beverage service during events.
• Prepare and serve drinks at the banquet bar with responsible service.
• Ensure tables and service areas are well-presented and stocked.
• Engage with guests professionally and anticipate needs.
• Clear tables and assist with post-event breakdown.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards.
