Job summary

Live Recruitment is seeking an experienced Event Venue Sourcing Manager to own the full sourcing cycle for international pharma meetings, ensuring ABPI compliance and rigorous venue evaluation. The Role

The Event Venue Sourcing Manager will own the full sourcing cycle across an international portfolio, from brief through RFP, negotiation, contract review and handover, working across pharma and healthcare meetings that demand compliance, commercial rigour and genuine venue expertise.

The Candidate

You will already be working as an Event Venue Sourcing Manager or in an equivalent sourcing role with a strong international track record, and your background will be rooted in pharmaceutical or healthcare events where ABPI compliance and client regulation are second nature. Confident, hands-on Cvent users are essential here: you will be managing RFPs, supplier records and venue comparisons through the platform daily.

Backgrounds in medical communications agencies, healthcare PCOs or pharma-specialist event businesses are all relevant. What matters most is the combination of international sourcing experience, pharma sector knowledge and Cvent proficiency, alongside the confidence to manage supplier relationships and advise project teams on destinations and trends.
