Job summary

Exposed Solutions Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and secure sponsors for conferences, workshops, and networking events. You will work with the events team to tailor sponsorship packages and proposals, managing sponsor relations from planning through execution.

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in events, media, delegate, or sponsorship sales along with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, media, delegate or sponsorship sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Experience with budget management and event planning a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential sponsors for events
• Develop sponsorship packages that align with the objectives of the event and the sponsor
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts with sponsors
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors throughout the event planning process
• Coordinate with the events team to ensure that sponsors receive the agreed-upon benefits
• Monitor the effectiveness of sponsorship campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
