Our client, a global leader in legal technology, operating in over 130 countries, is looking for an experienced Event Specialist to join their growing team in London – providing a top‑tier client service by delivering exceptional and original events and entertainment functions.

As the Event Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our North American marketing strategy, delivering flawless, high‑touch events that strengthen community, drive engagement, and leave a lasting impact.

Core duties of the Event Specialist will include:

  • Overseeing the full attendee journey from invitations and registration to on‑site support and post‑event follow‑up, ensuring a seamless, “white glove” experience
  • Collaborating closely with the Events & Community Manager and US‑based sales and marketing teams to align events with strategic objectives and pipeline goals
  • Tracking event metrics, managing leads, and contributing to post‑event analysis to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Skilled in vendor negotiation, contract oversight, and budget management
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Availability to travel across the US and Canada for events (around 25–30% of the time)
  • Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous
