Job description

30 Euston Square is a Grade II* listed, award-winning events venue located in central London. It offers a range of spaces including meeting rooms, conference facilities, private dining, and rooftop terraces, providing an iconic setting for various occasions.

This venue is unique to Searcys and is the only property within the estate that features a selection of boutique bedrooms.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Type: Full Time

Main Purpose:

  • Manage and convert venue enquiries and sales opportunities
  • Generate sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Maximise revenue opportunities for 30 Euston Square and Searcys

Key Duties:

  • Understand venue sales targets and strategies
  • Handle incoming enquiries, convert to bookings
  • Prepare proposals aligning with client needs and venue standards
  • Complete all sales admin and correspondence promptly
  • Support account management and generate new leads
  • Adhere to credit control and purchasing policies
  • Show prospective clients around the venue
  • Support the team in promotional activities
  • Maintain good inter-departmental relationships
  • Represent the venue professionally
  • Achieve KPIs set by management

Administrative Duties:

  • Keep events pack updated with relevant information
  • Ensure sales resources are stocked and current
  • Stay informed about market and competitors
  • Comply with health, safety, and fire regulations
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong administrative and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive with good time management
  • Fluent or bilingual English proficiency
