Job summary

Broadwick Live Group is seeking an Event Project Manager to shape and deliver retail, placemaking, public realm and brand activations. You will work with the Senior Project Manager and Account Lead of Retail to manage projects from briefing through to completion, ensuring safety, efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate with clients, suppliers and venue teams, balancing commercial priorities with practical delivery.

Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in events.
Experience delivering small to medium-scale events from planning to execution.
Strong administration and organisational skills with budgets and financial tracking.
Experience coordinating suppliers, staffing teams and external stakeholders.
Good understanding of event operations, logistics and health & safety processes.

Responsibilities

Support planning and delivery of retail, placemaking and public realm activations from brief to completion.
Build relationships with clients and be a trusted day-to-day contact across projects.
Create and manage project budgets, aligning with client expectations and commercial targets.
Support proposals, pitches and RFP responses, including budgeting and planning.
Lead and attend project meetings; ensure actions and documentation are captured.
