Blank Space Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an Event Project Manager to lead a wide range of internal comms conferences and events. You will act as the client-facing lynchpin, coordinating event logistics, production and content by collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

From concept to completion you will oversee large budgets and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an agency background with experience leading large-scale internal comms events and conferences.
• You will have led own large-scale event projects from start to finish and understand event logistics and production.
• Experience working in a process-driven environment and strong budget awareness.

Responsabilités

• Lead on large-scale internal comms conferences and events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to deliver events on time and within budget.
• Act as the client-facing lynchpin, managing logistics, production and content.
• Take ownership of budget management and reconciliation for each project.
