Exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join this lovely team to deliver global healthcare events!

The Company

The Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Event Project Manager to lead exciting global events. This client-facing role involves building relationships with stakeholders, planning and executing events such as congresses, stand-alone meetings, and advisory boards, including venue finding, delegate registration, and supplier management. International travel and on-site leadership are required.

About you

Ideally, you have experience within an events agency or on the brand side in pharma, delivering HCP-focused events with complex logistics and large delegate numbers. Knowledge of industry compliance regulations is essential, and experience with delegate management using Cvent is preferred. This fast-paced role requires handling multiple projects simultaneously.
