The Role

We seek a driven Senior Event Project Manager with a solid understanding of pharmaceutical compliance regulations and extensive experience in large-scale logistics-heavy events. This client-facing role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, planning, and delivering various events—from congresses to standalone sessions and advisory boards—including venue sourcing, delegate registration, and supplier management. The role requires international travel, where you will serve as the lead event manager for key events.

About you

Ideally, you are already working in an events agency or within a pharma company. You should have experience in delivering HCP-focused events with complex logistics and large delegate numbers. Knowledge of industry compliance regulations is essential, and experience with delegate management tools like Cvent is preferred.
