Event Project Manager - Global Healthcare Events

Location: West Yorkshire / Hybrid

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Event Project Manager to lead exciting global healthcare events. This client-facing role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, planning, and delivering a variety of events, including congress attendance, stand-alone events, and advisory boards. Responsibilities include venue sourcing, delegate registration, and supplier management. The role requires international travel, where you will act as the lead project manager on-site.

About You

Ideally, you have experience working within an events agency or on the brand side in a pharmaceutical company. You should have a proven track record in delivering healthcare professional (HCP) focused events with complex logistics and large delegate numbers. Knowledge of industry compliance regulations is essential, and experience with delegate management software such as Cvent is preferred. This is a fast-paced role requiring the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
