Job Title: Event Project Manager

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000

Location: Marlow (regular travel - both domestic and international)

About the Role

Our well-established client is seeking an Event Project Manager to join their team at their offices in Marlow. This is an agency-side role, requiring experience in creating and managing corporate events, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver client events from contract to final billing.
• Understand and respond to client meeting objectives.
• Manage logistics and ensure compliance with MSAs, SLAs, work orders, contracts, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide excellent service aligned with client expectations and company standards.

Reporting and Expectations

This role reports to the Head of Business Operations and involves full responsibility for event execution, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
