Job summary

Live-Recruitment is seeking an Event Project Manager for pharma congresses, conferences, and training events in a hybrid London-based role. You will own end-to-end delivery, delegate registration (Cvent), venue research, and contract negotiation across a growing portfolio.

You will manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and regulatory compliance, collaborating closely with the Project Director to meet client objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in B2B events with hands-on project management of corporate conferences.
• Pharma industry background strongly preferred for the focused account.
• Experience with Cvent is a plus; training will be provided.
• Calm, organised approach and ability to own complex projects from start to finish.

A well-established London B2B events agency is hiring an Event Project Manager to join a team with a genuine reputation for doing things properly.

The Role

Joining at the heart of the agency, the Event Project Manager will take ownership of congress and conference delivery across an expanding portfolio.

The Candidate

The right person for this Event Project Manager role will have a solid grounding in B2B events, with hands-on project management of corporate conferences at the core of their CV.
