Job summary

Live is seeking an Event Project Executive to join a structured operations team, supporting Project Managers on client briefs while taking on independently managed projects as part of a defined development pathway.

You will build commercial and logistical confidence quickly, with genuine ownership from early on, coordinating logistics, coordinating suppliers and liaising with clients and internal teams throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events or logistics helps you contribute from day one.
• Ability to manage suppliers, budgets and client communications effectively.
• Comfort with documentation and on-site coordination during live events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating event logistics pre-event and on-site
• Negotiating with and managing allocated suppliers
• Liaising with clients, freelancers and internal teams throughout delivery
• Maintaining and updating event finance trackers and cost sheets
• Monitoring budgets and protecting margins across assigned projects
• Requesting and recording supplier health and safety documentation
• Attending on-site for set-up, live days and de-rig as required
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and added value within budget
