Agency experience is key. We’re looking for someone who understands the pace of agency life, is comfortable managing multiple projects and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver brilliant work for clients.

The role

You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with the wider team to make sure projects are delivered smoothly, creatively and commercially.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, awards, gala dinners and experiential projects
  • Coordinating multiple projects, timelines, suppliers and deliverables
  • Working closely with clients and helping to build strong relationships
  • Liaising with venues, suppliers, production teams and creative partners
  • Supporting budgets, schedules and project documentation
  • Getting involved in on-site delivery and event days
  • Working across social and video projects alongside the live events work
  • Helping ensure projects are delivered to a consistently high standard
What we're looking for

Previous agency experience is essential. This could be within an events, experiential, creative, production or integrated agency environment.

You’ll ideally be someone who:

  • Has experience working on live events and/or creative projects within an agency
  • Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
  • Enjoys working directly with clients and building relationships
  • Is commercially aware and understands the importance of budgets and margins
  • Can keep calm when things inevitably change!
  • Is proactive, positive and happy to get stuck in
  • Wants to develop their career within an established agency
Why this agency?

This is a really good team with an excellent leadership group who genuinely invest in their people.

You’ll be joining an established business with a strong client base and a varied workload, but without the layers and bureaucracy you can sometimes find in larger agencies.
