You will coordinate timelines, budgets and stakeholders, build strong client relationships, and support on-site delivery. The role suits someone with agency experience, strong organisation, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous agency experience is essential, especially in events, experiential, creative, or production agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of conferences, awards, gala dinners, and experiential projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects, timelines, suppliers and deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers, and production teams.
• Assist with budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Get involved in on-site delivery and event days.
• Contribute to social and video projects alongside live events.
• Help ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
