Human Resources Officer | CIPD Qualifications

Role Overview:

The Event Installation Manager oversees and manages the event installation process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to industry standards. This key role involves coordinating installation projects, focusing on quality, client satisfaction, and resource management to enhance the company's reputation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with venues and internal teams to align event objectives and requirements.
2. Communicate effectively with the Warehouse and Delivery Team, and manage on-site client interactions.
3. Develop detailed installation timelines and schedules, coordinating logistics and staff transportation.
4. Implement cost-effective staff resource management and oversee event budgets.
5. Ensure high standards in event production quality and manage on-site operations, including setup and takedowns.
6. Lead and motivate a team of Riggers, providing training and managing job-specific WhatsApp groups.
7. Prepare necessary documentation, including Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
8. Conduct Health & Safety checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
9. Perform site visits for decor placement assessments and post-event evaluations.

Experience:

Proven experience in event installation management or a similar role within the events industry.
