Job summary

IQPC is seeking an organised Event Operations Manager to lead operational delivery from planning to completion. You will coordinate pre-event communications with sponsors and speakers, oversee branding, logistics and onsite activations, and ensure events run smoothly, on time and within budget.

The role requires strong attention to detail, calm under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in event operations preferred.
• Willingness to travel to USA.
• Experience delivering B2B events.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-event communications with sponsors and speakers and oversee planning and operational elements.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring requirements and branding assets are delivered on time.
• Coordinate sponsor branding across signage, digital platforms, and onsite materials.
• Manage onsite sponsorship activations and hospitality.
• Maintain communication with Sponsorship Managers to ensure expectations and deliverables are met.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sponsor experience and engagement.
