Hybrid Working:3 days in the office, 2 from home per week

Role start date:August 2025

We are looking for someone with these skills to:

Execute a wide range of roadshow products to include Deal, Non Deal roadshows, Pilot fishing, Reverse Roadshows, Field Trips, Investor Days and Expert Speaker Sessions.
Handle all event logistics across both in-person and virtual events, to include accommodation, flights, ground transportation, visa applications, venue finding and organisation.
Create, manage and distribute schedules.
Manage project budgets and consolidate final costings.

a minimum of 3 years' experience of a roadshow co-ordination (or a similar role) within the investment banking sector
Strong marketing, events & conference management experience within the financial sector.
Excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and work well under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Comfortable working independently as well as with the wider team in fast paced environments.
