Qualifications

Your role:

Are you confident working at pace? Do you thrive under pressure, have a passion for organisation, and the ability to handle responsibility right from the start? We are looking for someone with these skills to:

1. Execute a wide range of roadshow products, including Deal and Non-Deal roadshows, Pilot fishing, Reverse Roadshows, Field Trips, Investor Days, and Expert Speaker Sessions.
2. Handle all event logistics for both in-person and virtual events, including accommodation, flights, ground transportation, visa applications, venue finding, and organisation.
3. Create, manage, and distribute schedules.
4. Manage project budgets and consolidate final costings.
5. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in roadshow coordination or a similar role within the investment banking sector.
6. Possess strong marketing, events, and conference management experience within the financial sector.
7. Exhibit excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
8. Demonstrate strong negotiation and analytical skills.
9. Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
