Currently, we are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist for our key client, a remote-first Shopify agency dedicated to designing and developing custom online stores for growing brands. With a small, collaborative team of around five professionals, the agency blends creativity and technical expertise to deliver tailored e-commerce solutions. In addition to core Shopify design and development, the team offers a range of specialized services to enhance client success. With a strong foundation built on proactivity, authenticity, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, the agency values continuous improvement and encourages team members to take ownership of internal optimization initiatives to shape the future of how they work.
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to take the lead on email marketing strategy and execution using Klaviyo, with the goal of driving revenue and building lasting customer relationships across multiple client accounts.
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up, managing, and optimising Klaviyo accounts for our clients.
- Planning, creating, and scheduling automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) and one-off campaigns aligned with client goals and seasonal calendars.
- Segmenting and maintaining email lists to ensure relevant, high-converting messaging for different customer groups.
- Monitoring and analysing performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, revenue attribution, and unsubscribes — using insights to continuously improve strategy and execution.
- Writing, editing, and refining copy for flows and campaigns, maintaining a tone of voice that fits each brand.
- Collaborating with designers (or using Klaviyo’s template builder when needed) to ensure visually engaging, mobile-friendly emails.
- Staying up to date with Klaviyo features and best practices to proactively bring new ideas and improvements to the table.
- Communicating with clients clearly and regularly, sharing insights, results, and recommendations to build trust and demonstrate value.
- Working confidently with Klaviyo-integrated tools (Smile, Loox, Wishlist, etc.) to build segmented flows.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Klaviyo.
- Experience working in an agency or directly for an e-commerce brand.
- Confident in building flows and managing campaign calendars.
- Understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and strong organisational skills.
- Experience working with Shopify stores.
- Comfortable writing and editing email content when needed.
- Good eye for design and familiarity with email templates or Figma.
- English language Upper Intermediate (B2) is a must.
Nice to have:
- Proven track record of increasing email revenue or retention.
- Experience with SMS marketing via Klaviyo.
- Experience with other Shopify Apps that integrate with Klaviyo like Smile, Loox Reviews, Wishlist App, etc.
